Step 1: Wood surface treatment

- Filling holes and check the wood surface (dry, not sticky) to avoid peeling off the paint.

- Sanding the wood (vertical sanding) so as not to affect the wood grain (the more sanding, the more  beautiful wood surface is), sandpaper C5 p240. If the wood have oil, wet, let’s use anti-oil substance to avoid musty and peeling.

Step 2: Wipe the color

- Wipe the color is an important step to create aesthetics for the product. Helps wood grain and wood as well as paint colors to be protected for years. (the wipe color will be the spray color on the product)

- Using solvents and product color set (use white cloth to avoid staining) and leave the product 10p to dry.

Step 3: PU priming 1st time

- When the color is dry, let’s priming for 1st time. No need to sanding after wiping the color. (The cause of peeling is the first priming)

- Mixing the mixture, stirred.

- Mixing with ratio 2-1-3 (including 2 primers + 1 hardener + 3 high-class thiner Oseven), and stirred. Use a filter cloth to fill the spray gun with paint to keep the gun out from getting clogged. Use a mask when painting the product. Paint the angled first and paint the surface after. Wait for 120 to 150 minutes, then use sandpaper p320 to sanding.

Step 4: PU priming 2nd time

After sanding (do not leave it too long for 6 to 12 hours, it will affect the adhesion. Then blow up the dust and wipe off, PU priming 2nd time, and then s sanding evenly.

Step 5: stain color

The color was cleaned in step 1 helping the product more beautiful. How to choose the color is according to customer’s wishes. Stain color is for 10 minutes.

- Mixing with a ratio of 2-1-3. (Including 2 gloss + 1 hardener + 3 high-class thiner Oseven, can depending on conditions that adjust the hardener accordingly).
